Welcome to my blog...I'm writing a thinking activity which is given by Dr.Dilip Barad sir.

We students are Department of English#Mkbu...we all are very Inspirable through digital skills and always we are connected with technology...so here I'm presenting my blog.

1.How far do you agree with Plato’s objection to freedom of expression and artistic liberty enjoyed by creative writers? Name the texts (novels, plays, poems, movies, TV soaps etc which can be rightfully objected and banned with reference to Plato’s objections)?

Ans- I agree with Plato's objection to freedom expression and artistic liberty enjoyed by... 

According to Plato's objections I'm agree with that because there are so many Tv serials,movies...etc..

It makes a bad imagination around the society and spoil the mind of people.

Named Divya Drishti, Balveer, spiderman, Robot, Shktiman, shrart, Avenger end game, Robot 2.0, Pk, 

These all are an imaginative shows and it make a bad habit among the children so far and they are trying at home it's not good also for other people.

We hope that it's banned in india so that it's never be shown in this industry because it's a too much bad imagination for all of us.

Plato's objections are absolutely right because of that we have to take knowledge about it and we have to stop the bad things.

Plato was told about a artistic liberty it's a also bed for youth....youngsters show the unseen seens in Hollywood and bollywood movie or serials...and make a bad Immpration.

Creative writers are for creative not for the dump knowledge that put in their writing.

We hope that it's banned earlier.

2.With reference to the literary texts you have studied during B.A. programme, write brief note on the texts which followed Aristotelian literary tradition (i.e. his concept of tragedy, catharsis, tragic hero with hamartia etc?

Ans- Aristotelian literary tradition including tragedy ,catharsis with tragic hero and hamartia....which i studied in BA named "Othello". It's including all the points.

Hamartia an error of judgment.

I took this tragic play because of we required tragic hero and the play " Othello" A protagonist character Othello killed her lover Desdemona...and after know he felt guilt and he murdered him self...so fill pity for character and that's why we took Othello.

The character was controlled by situation, fill guilt and kill him self so it's a good example of tragedy.

3.With reference to the literary texts you have studies during B.A. programme, write brief note on the texts which did NOT follow Aristotelian literary tradition. (i.e. his concept of tragedy, catharsis, tragic hero with hamartia etc.)?

Ans- Shakespeare kindly followed some rules of Aristotle but not all of them...that's why we are talking an Example of a tragic love story about "Romio and Juliet".



It's a story about a couple whom are blindly love each other.there love is by external forces....in this play it's not a tragedy without protagonist character.that's why I'm this example.

4.Have you studied any tragedies during B.A. programme? Who was/were the tragic protagonist/s in those tragedies? What was their ‘hamartia’?

Ans- An error of judgement...a tragic protagonist Othello so agai we talk about Othello and we can say that Othello kill his wife and in the last he come to know that she was an innocent girl and then he felt guilt and he killed him self ....that's why it's a humartia of this play.

5. Did the ‘Plot’ of those tragedies follow necessary rules and regulations proposed by Aristotle? (Like chain of cause and effect, principle of probability and necessity, harmonious arrangement of incidents, complete, certain magnitude, unity of action etc)

Ans- yes, there are tragedy follow necessary rule and regulations proposed by Aristotle and link the chain of cause and effect principal of probability and necessity. If we could see with one way plato is right and with other wat Aristotle is right.

Because people need a space and live with own way so that it's like a moral and immoral.
