India is known for feast. There is a
Many countries around us but the india is a most known for Religious and Patriotism.
         A August month is Surrounded with many Festivals. The whole month is known as a "મહાદેવ" "શ્રાવણ માસ " And there is a other many Festivals also.
 Like નાગ પંચમી, બકરી ઈદ, વ્રત, જયા પાર્વતી, મોલાવ્રત,ફુલકાંજલિ, દિવસો , ૧૫ મી ઓગસ્ટ , રક્ષાબંધન, જન્માષ્ટમી..etc.. Thus, indians known August as a Freedom months.
 As we all know 15th August a Independence Day for indians. In 1947 we were free from Britishers and we have separate india. A month of August always remain us about partition and a huge opportunity for Indians.
 After that in india there is a lots of changes like so many times ascending and fall down and again grown in many fields. But the film industry is a strong then another. A very useful method to convey your messages to public. Bollywood delivered messages through Entertainment. Literature has no boundaries. There is many more realising opportunities for India. 72 years of separated and lot's of changes are highlighted. Otherwise nothing is impossible Especially when your point is paramount.

In this short film, Manto says what is wrong with presenting what you see ? Why don't raise your voice against them?
If you do not raise your voice, please do write whatever you fill. Atlist sometimes they will be ashamed.
Manto says to write about Prostitution and also about them who is engaged with this work.
And criticize those people who are silent despite the fact that they are aware of this.
They all are silly and ashamed to called them Indians.
There is no need for any writer or journalist or poet to present this. There is no restriction on the part of the Government of India in which ordinary people can express their views.

In this short film Director talk about the line between two countries.  Before partition there was no difference between religious and people also.no Indiana and no pakistani. All are living a very happy and simple life together. Indeed they were not think about the partition and mak a line between countries.But in 1947, Sir Cyril John Radcliffe drew a line between and divided in countries forever. After that many people became homeless and started having trouble staying up and drinking water also.
In this short film, Radcliffe also talk about Partition and recalls the Mahatma Gandi talk about the difference line between countries and that's why we can say the suitable title " The bloody line "
Country vs Nation-State: देश बनाम राष्ट्र :

देश के भीतर राष्ट्र है या राष्ट्र के भीतर देश दोनों में कौन किससे छोटा बड़ा सर्वोपरि कौन है इस विवाद में न पड़ें तू भी दोनों एक ही है ये मानने का मन नहीं करता। अव्वल तो कोई किसी का पर्याय नहीं होता फिर भी मान ले तो देश का पर्याय राष्ट्र कैसे बन गया था देश में सेंध लगाकर हम राष्ट्र को आया इसका पुख्ता कोई न कोई कारण और इतिहास होगा मेरा कभी मन आज तक उसको स्वीकार नहीं कर पाया। उसका उल्टा ही मान लेते सबसे पुराना राष्ट्रीय हज़ारों सालों से कहाँ गायब हुआ पड़ा था के अलावा कथाओं से भरा पड़ा है सारी दुनिया का इतिहास राष्ट्र कौन सुनाता है।
सच्चे देश भक्त है नहीं जान लेते राष्ट्रभक्त कैसे हुआ जाता है आज़ादी की लड़ाई में हंसते हंसते फांसी के फंदों पर झूल गए हो जाते थे राष्ट्र कहते कहते ज़ुबान लड़खड़ाने लगी।
कितना भी पुराना और पवित्र रहा हो राष्ट्र शब्द का इतिहास आज पता नहीं क्यों बार बार ये शब्द भारी भरकम बनाई गई ऐसी अस्वाभाविक डरावनी आवाज लगता है जो सत्ता और शक्ति के अहंकार मे न जाने किसको लटकाने के लिए कुछ अपना भी कुल खुद से एक ही शब्द होता सुनाई देता है "सावधान"
भारत में महाभारत कभी न होता यदि उसका सम्राट धृतराष्ट्र न होता । जिसे अपने सिंहासन के अलावा कुछ दिखाई नहीं देता। इतना ही नहीं उसकी रानी ने भी आंखों पर पट्टी बांधे उसे कुछ न दिखाई थी के मौत के अलावा।
आप देखे सीधे सादे शब्दों के साथ तो बिल्कुल नहीं लिखा गया होता तो युद्ध और सत्ता का कैसे पता चलता है कैसे पता चलता कि तुम्हे लिए कोई चिंता नहीं ।राष्ट्र ही सर्वोपरि है एक ही राष्ट्र के भीतर की राष्ट्रीय ताओ की धारणा से आज भी मुक्त हुए हजारों वर्षों की यात्रा तो फिर राष्ट्र चाहिए ।
धीरे धीरे सारे देश को खरा राष्ट्र बनाना चाहती है आज भी इक्कीसवीं सदी में ज्ञान विज्ञान सब एक तरफ रख कर ताक में रक्त शुद्धता पवित्रता की दुहाई देते हैं।

किस तरह से इस शॉर्ट फ़िल्म में देश एक राग है इसके बारे में बताया गया है।
