Hello Readers,
So today I'm going to write something about a famous Poet "JOHN KEATS".
It's a part of our syllabus (MK Bhavnagar university) and the Thinking Activity given by Dr. HeenaBa Zala . Click here to read the Task.
So task is with the concept of death...Doesn't mean we have to write about death but.... we have to throw some lights on a death which is not acceptable in human history but we have to accept it.
Death ⚰ a process to loose the person which is more and more close to our heart. Death is a simple process about to lose soul from body but someone is make a huge identity after losses breath like John keats.
As we talk about human being they are frightened with death....but in literature 📚 writers ,poets are going to write about death in a now a days as well.
Writer have quality to make a things better and that's why they wrote on a subject which is ultimate and that's why they are writers and poets. Writers are a human as well Though they wrote about death.
So let's talk something about death and I'm going to write something with the concept of why Keats wrote on a particular death as well.
Born in 31 October 1795....
A late romentic poet of British English literature. A second generation poet like P.B Shelly and Lord Byron.
But he losses his breath very shortly....
he was a legend, but people know he's a perfect quality of writing and everything after his death.
He was a elder to his brother. He was very Peshanet about his study due to school time. He losses his parents in a age of 15. First his father and then his mother....she suffered from Tuberculosis.
He studied of Doctor and he will be surgeon but he wants to be a poet. He follow his dreams to being a poet with help of his friend Leigh Hunt.
He starts with the publishing so he published with the help of his friend, but he can't gain a more response from audience, and many people criticize him as well.
Again he published in 1818 and his younger brother dead with Tragically in 1818 as well. He also suffered from Tuberculosis. Also he loves Fanny Brawne. And Keats also suffered from tuberculosis in 1818. So the time was very tough for him to publishing anything. Cause he suffered with the lot's things. Many of things are mixed well and his mind was diverted thus, he wrote .
1819 & 1820 a very special year for him he published his first mature work
"The Eve of st. Agnes"....
Yes our....protagonist point is here.... He mostly wrote about death a huge reason behind it is like.... He had fear from death, because tuberculosis are very harmful, he frightened a lot, because tuberculosis destroyed already 2 lives of his mother and his younger brother as well, and he also suffered from tuberculosis. That's why he wrote in his poem mostly about death in 1820, doctor sees 2 kids about his lungs that your lungs are very weak so you have to shift italy 🇮🇹 because your lungs can't bear the coldness of England and italy a very warm session.
In September 1820 he shifted to Italy with his friend Joseph. After some time, he dead at 23 February 1821. Also a tragic death of his so he wrote many things on a concept of death.
He started writing career in 1817....
A poetic Romance in 1818
- Endymion 1818
His famous line....
"A THINGS OF BEAUTY IS A JOY FOREVER"
This line he used mostly and he used it in his firsr first book on a very first page as well.
A golden 💛 year for him (1819-20)
His most famous works are in tjis year....
He wrote the many sonnets as well, but he wrote one most famous sonnet with the concept of death, he wrote about his fear from his own death.
