Derrida & Deconstruction

 Algerian-French philosopher

            Jacques Derrida was an Algerian born French philosopher best known for developing form of semiotic analysis known as deconstruction. He one of the major figures associated with post structuralism and postmodern philosophy. Deconstruction is very hard to define. As Derrida himself denies to define this term by saying that all other terms we use in philosophy or literary criticism even deconstruction can not be once and finally define.  

"Deconstruction is not destructive activity, but it is an inquiry into the foundation of everything."

It's not a totally negative term but it does not mean to destructive activity or breaking down something. 

As per Derrida says that 
"Each and every text read as event and events can be read with different perspective."

So, as post- structuralist critic i tried to put an example and going to deconstruction it.

So here i put a video....video includes the three examples. Which is connected with unity. First one is related with crabs 🦀. Video is animated and sends a good and positive message but as we think as a post stracturalist critic...Derrida says that you should read any event or text with another perspective. So let's interprete it. 

     The video gave a message related to the "Union". Gave a slogan" Union is strength ". Ok, it's a valid...but they shows crabs are going through the beach. And the Bird is flying...and tries to eat the crabs....

Here the concept shows us to union...as crabs are walking with the whole team and video shows thst the crabs are Tries to escape.  A binary opposition is related terms or concept that are opposite in meaning. Binary opposition is the system by which, in language and thought, theoretical opposites are strictly defined and set off against one another. 

Further the crabs are tries escape from bird and make a strategy with a one Westel...and the whole group of crabs are make a sequence and up their "chela"...nails for protection...

Yes a influence of a good message is valid that " UNION IS STRENGTH " and a very good example with the understandable and a ludicrous animated clip....but as we seen a reality People are more than trying to protect to destroy one another. That's the reality...here we can say that union is strength but as we deconstructed it there's a no one is helping each other in this time as well during this competition time.

As this clip is absolutely amazing to realise a simple example easily as we point out as a post structuralist crict...with the Derredian point of view....so the binary occurred the point like a crabs and bird.
